Forbidden Magic

Forbidden Magic is a type of magic that, as the name implies, has been banned from use since the declarations of the Day of the Pact.

History

On the Day of the Pact, it was decided that all magic that is drawn on the human body or affects the human body, with the exception of the Memory-wiping spell, would be outlawed. Spells that greatly affects the environment are also considered to be forbidden. The Knights Moralis were formed shortly after as the ones to uphold this law, and wipe the minds of those who broke it. However, some witches still practiced forbidden magic in secret, eventually forming the Brimmed Hats.
