Atwert is a Pointed Cap Witch that is introduced as Galga's lover.

Appearance

Atwert has a slim body, black hair, grey eyes, a thin beard under his chin and glasses similar in structure to those used by Qifrey.

His hair parts down the middle and is tied in a long ponytail reaching the middle of his back.

Atwert's clothing consists of a long, tan cloak worn over a loose sage green collared shirt and dark brown pants. He wears tan boots that almost come up to his knees. His hat, cloak, and shoes are all embellished with red tassels, and his glasses with white tassels.

Personality

Atwert comes across as a genuine and friendly man. This can be seen through his generally soft expression and kindness towards his lover.

Plot

Silver Eve Arc

In Chapter 55, Atwert and Galga are spending time together at the Silver Night Festival. He waits for Galga by a fountain when he leaves to investigate something he heard. Atwert becomes increasingly concerned when Galga takes longer to come back then expected.

In Chapter 57, it's revealed Atwert is the one who found Galga after his memories were erased. He explains to Utowin, Easthies, and Luluci how Galga was pursuing the source of the music, and that he went to look for him after he took too long coming back. When he found Galga, he was in a confused state, and did not recognize Atwert.

Atwert is shaken to hear Galga will become an Outsider. He demands to know if anything can be done to restore his lover's memories, but that sort of magic is forbidden. Atwert is extremely upset over the ordeal. He is visibly shaking. Atwert can not legally take custody of Galga as he is not family or a mentor. Once sent away from the tent, he is angry and insists he won't give up on Galga.
