The Searneedle Wand is a creation of Olruggio's. Not much is known about it.

This pen, using a fire spell to heat up the ink inside of it, was created by Olruggio to specially sear magical glyphs into materials that a normal Wand wouldn't draw like rock, metal, sand, wood or even skin.
