Beast Repellent is a mixed spell used to repel animals.

The spell contains a currently unidentified central sigil, with light sigils to each side of it. An unidentified sign which can also be observed in the tracking spell is located above and below the central sigil. Column keystones are located in the spaces between the light sigils and these unknown keystones. As its name implies, it's function is to repel animals. It is currently not clear how it repels animals (whether by smell, sound, or light), but it is likely that it repels them with light, as the spell contains light sigils.
Witches put copies of this spell within beast warding towers, which are located around villages and roads. The contraption helps to repel beasts, making the area safer for outsiders and witches alike.

When the members of Qifrey's Atelier were traveling to the Silver Eve festival, Qifrey shows his apprentices a Beast Warding Tower with an old beast repellent glyph inside, and draws a fresh one, showing his students the process while explaining the public service duties of witches.
