Doctors are the medical professionals in Witch Hat Atelier. They are not allowed to learn magic.

Before the pact, witches were allowed practice medicine (healingcraft) but ultimately some turned to using humans to experiment. After the war caused by this, the principles established that no witches will practice medicine, and no doctors will practice magic.[1]
Connections between the healingcraft witches and the current doctors exist in the form of their used symbols. Doctors, and medical buildings, can be identified by a plus symbol with dots on each endpoint. This is presumably an evolution of the healingcraft symbol that had the same plus sign with an added circle surrounding it.
Uniforms[edit | edit source]
Uniforms differ between facilities but all generally have the medical symbol adorned on the back and front. All uniforms mainly comprise of a floor length, multi-layered, long-sleeved dress with varying neck and chest decorations. In a given facility, there are subtle differences between masculine and feminine styles.
