The Forest of Thristas is a forest of dead silverwood trees located in the northern mountains of the Zozah peninsula. The event that led the forest to be transformed occurred before the Day of the Pact, thus making this one of the great events that affected the landscape of Zozah, together with the Dadah Range and the Serpentback Cave that leads to Romonon.

It is known for the presence of members of the Brimmed Cap Group and Qifrey was found there as a child after being a victim to one of them[1].

"A forest of death, every part of which is dyed black. Once a glittering expanse of silverwoods, it changed to a shadowy, miasma-choked expanse when the dark witch Thristas used it as a site to experiment with forbidden magic, seeking a means to resurrect the dead."[2]
