Kukrow (クックロウ, Kukkurō) is a secondary character in Witch Hat Atelier. He is the disparaging teacher of Euini.

Appearance

Kukrow appears to be an older teacher, with a somewhat long hair and no facial hair. His witch clothes have the same color pattern as Euini's, with the majority being black and green, with some details in golden yellow.

Personality

Kukrow seems to be egotistical, always trying to look good in front of others. This could be the reason he mistreats Euini so much.

The way he mistreats Euini can be seen in other situations, for example, when Luluci asks him why he is going home when his student is taking the test, Kukrow answers that Euini will not make it anyways and he prefers to wait at home.

History

Kukrow served as the master to Euini and several other apprentices.^{[citation needed]} During this time, he was abusive towards Euini, with the boy failing The Sincerity of the Shield twice before the start of the series.^{[citation needed]}

Relationships

Euini

Kukrow is Euini's former master. While Euini was studying under him, Kukrow was verbally abusive towards his apprentice, belittling him constantly on his lack skill and for his failures, even going as far as to say that he wished he could replace Euini's arm with one from a member of the Arkrome family's.^{[citation needed]} Despite this Euini, Euini still craves his approval and still respected him. After the Second Pentagram Test Arc, he realizes that Kukrow wouldn't teach him any longer due to the spell drawn on his neck.^{[citation needed]}

Kukrow, due to his neglect in leaving the test area while his apprentice was taking his test, was pressured by the Knights Moralis into volunteering to lead the search for Euini and Alaira.^{[citation needed]}
