Chapter Twenty-Nine of the fifth volume of the Witch Hat Atelier manga series.
Summary[edit | edit source]
Just as Iguin seems to be successfully forcing Coco into drawing Forbidden Magic, she is grabbed and flung away by Euini. Though he's still a Scaled Wolf, his human consciousness seems to have come back to him thanks to the girls' spell. Iguin is now visible to everyone, and he uses a forbidden spell to reverse Euini's curse. The spell is worn around Euini's neck like a collar, but Iguin rips it off him as quickly as he cast it, making Euini transform back again. Coco manages to take the collar with a Grasping Wind spell, and Iguin vanishes soon after.
Meanwhile, Alaira is protecting Qifrey from taking any more serious injuries from the brimcap with the cat face. A tornado of flames appears, and Olruggio appears soon after with Richeh. Iguin also appears next to the brimcap, calling him Sasaran. Both of them retreat into the shadows, and Qifrey tries to follow. Olruggio stops him, and reminds him of his priorities as a professor.
Soon, the two groups reunite, with Euini human again thanks to the collar. They explain the situation, and worries that Euini's memories may be erased even though he was a victim. But, they're determined to not let that happen. Richeh creates a Windowway for Euini so he can escape and hide in a different location, with Alaira protecting him. With the two leaving, the rest of the group exit the cave. Once they're out they are greeted by Luluci, a member of the Knights Moralis. She tells them to follow her to the Assembly.
