Buffashoal are a type of long-horned buffalo that live in the Zozah Peninsula.
Description[edit | edit source]
Buffashoal are water-loving creatures that spend most of their life on the warm banks of lakes and rivers.[1] Buffashoal are large four-legged animals with two long, curved horns atop their head. They also have a pair of long ears and a medium-length tail, and appear to be covered in long hair.
Buffashoal Cheese is produced from the Buffashoal's milk, and is mild and stretchy with a pleasant bite.[1] It is a type of mozzarella.[2]

Buffashoal and its cheese was first introduced in Chapter 44 (Witch Hat Atelier Kitchen) as part of Qifrey's Cheese-Stuffed Cuttlekris Calamari recipe, as he knew the cheese filling would be something all of the girls would like and help make the Cuttlekris more approachable for Coco.[3]
