Buffashoal Cheese is a type of cheese made in the Zozah Peninsula.

Made from the milk of the water-loving Buffashoal, the cheese is mild and stretchy with a pleasant bite.[1] It is sold in small rounds and appears to be a pale yellow color.[2]
History[edit | edit source]
Buffashoal Cheese was first introduced along with the animal in Chapter 44 (Witch Hat Atelier Kitchen) as part of Qifrey's Cheese-Stuffed Cuttlekris Calamari recipe, as he knew the cheese filling would be something all of the girls would like and was something Coco was used to. He did this to help make eating the Cuttlekris more approachable for Coco as this was her first introduction to it.[3]

- For real-world recipes, Buffashoal cheese can be substituted with buffalo mozzarella or other varieties of mozzarella as available.[5]
