Rocklodge Ginger is a type of wild ginger that grows in the Zozah Peninsula.

A highly sought-after medicinal herb that takes root in rocky outcrops. Difficult to spot due to its resemblance to weeds. Must be harvested in the wild, as it is unsuitable for cultivation.[1] It is a favored ingredient when dealing with the common cold.[2]
The ginger grows inside of rocks with its stems and leaves growing out of the rock's porous holes. To harvest the plant, the rock must be broken to access the ginger root inside. They can then be peeled and sliced.[3] The flavor of the ginger leaves is quite pungent, while the root is even stronger.[2] Eating it can cause sweating and for skin to flush.[4][5] The level of intensity can be reduced by salting and kneading the ginger and then squeezing out the liquid.[4]

When Olruggio caught a cold in Chapter 8 (Witch Hat Atelier Kitchen), Qifrey went out and quickly harvested some Rocklodge Ginger as he knows a secret spot where they grow. Although he says reaching that spot is "quite the journey" from his Atelier,[1] the rocky outcrop must still be in the Naakiwan Downs for him to retrieve it and return home so quickly.[6]
